I just want to post this cuz, I placed an order for the first time with yourhairshop.com,I'm new to all this, when I placed the order, a day later i was notified that they didnt have the hair I wanted, but they had the tools I ordered, well I was alittle worried I wouldnt get a full refund of the hair and some how the order would get messed up, cuz I still wnted the tools,glue,etc., Well I got a full refund of the hair, i recieved my tools,etc. and the process was very prompt. I would recommend this site/store to all, because they stood by their word and everything went smooth! I want to thank Kristen for her professionalism and I look forward to doing bussiness with them in the near future thanks you guys!
