Okay so I used hair relaxer on my shoulder length hair and after I had it on for only a minute my hair starts all coming out in clumps and just breaking all off...thank God it was only the ends mostly that were affected but now my hair is loveed just when it was getting healthy again...

I got my hair cut about 2 inches now and I also got a hair recovery treatment done.

However, my hair is still kinda shootty but does feel a lot nicer and the ends aren't looking all burnt off..

I planned on dying my hair at the end of August but I don't know about doing it anymore...what do u think? My hair is now about chin length.

I went from shoulder-length hair to chin length hair ALL OVER A STUPID $4 BOX OF HAIR RELAXER :(

So as the ends and some of my hair is still looking shootty and feeling rough, do you think I should cut more off? I really don't want to... and also, does anyone know if deep conditioning will help?? Do you think the damage will travel up to my newer, not damaged hair? Or am I loveed? I really want to save this hair somehow... :(I feel like I'm gonna cry.

My hair is messy and I have some condition crap in it
Also you can see my roots a lot and my hair is a shootty color... do you think I can dye it by the end of August before I go back to school? I hate it!

It doesn't look that bad in your photos.  I can see it looks dry, but its still got its shine.  Damage can only climb into your healthy hair via splits, so if you keep any splits trimmed off, your damage won't spread.  If you want to dye it, definitely test strand it to make sure it won't break off or feel mushy or like elastic.
