   According to the Examiner published in November of 2008 the following cities have the lowest unemployment and the best job-growth rate:

1.  Sioux Falls, South Dakota
2.  Rapid City, South Dakota

South Dakota claims #1 and #2 as complied by US Bureau of Labor Stats.  Sioux Falls, SD has an extra low unemployment rate of 2.3 percent vs a job growth rate of 2.1.  Rapid City SD has an unemployment rate of 2.5% vs job growth rate of 1 %.

3.  Idaho Falls, Idaho
4.  Bismarck, ND
5.  Houma, Louisiana
6.  Morgantown, W VA
7.  Logan, Utah
8.  Fargo, ND
9.  Casper, Wyoming
10.  Billings, Montana
