She has been off the radar for quite awhile.

Nowadays, even when Carmen wears her hair like this, you can't even tell she used to have a buzzed patch.

Well, the buzzed patch is a bit of a gimmick. not much hair is really sacrificed and the uncut part falls over the buzzed part.

I find the pic really unattractive.  Not just the long stringy fake hair but the makeup, outfit...
She already has nice features.  A more natural look would be better in my mind
