What are ingredients containing ceramides that can actually penetrate hair, and not just sit on top? (Essential Fatty Acids, Eucalyptus, kukui nut, hemp?) Which ceramides do hair need, are they any different?
Any products that are pure ceramide that can penetrate hair?

Any proteins or ingredients containing protein that can actually penetrate hair. Which proteins do hair need? What are the best or strongest proteins?
Any pure protein products that can penetrate hair?
Which lipids/ ingredients containing lipids do hair want?
Any pure lipid products that can penetrate hair?
Any other ingredients to greatly repair or strengthen the hair that dont just stay on top
or things that greatly benefit certain layers of the hair, ex. cortex or repair or strengthen the fibers
Can you overload on ceramides or lipids, what would happen?
What exactly happens when you get too much proteins? Does it just make the hair hard and can be stopped if you stop using them or deep condition or does too much actually make you lose proteins and damage your hair. What exactly happens?
What about the bondings? Are these required to actually have a permanent effect on the hair?
Is there any ingredients that strengthen or repair existing proteins, ceramides, fibers cortex, ect.
Is there anything to actually make new proteins, cermides or fibers ect. actually grow or create new ones, not just add them in?
If you just add them in will they be there permanently/long term or just short term. If there only there temporarily what effect do they actually have, do they actually repair and strengthen, or just a difference in feel of strength and look
Is there anything you can do/ingredients you can use that will permanently/long term repair or strengthen hair, or is everything just temporary/short term?
Thank you so much, any help with any of these things/related things is a huge help.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
