Young and the Restless soap opera veteran Melody Thomas-Scott ("Nikki") looks totally different as a brunette -- but not necessarily better. I found information that she changed her look for a web series that she wound up backing out of. I can't remember her not being blonde, but I watched part of the show today and her blonde locks are gone and her hair is shorter. Somehow her face looks fatter.

Alas, this is the only photo I could find of Melody as a brunette. You have to see her on the CBS show to get the real view of this.
