Hi, Im not sure if this belongs here, sorry if it doesnt. But anyway, Ive had this hair problem since forever. Basically my hair is very rough, dry, wirey, frizzy, tangled, wavy, curly.

here are some pictures.

I think my hair is thick, not 100% sure since Im no expert. Over the last few years Ive been trying to resolve this issue. Ive used a range of shampoos and conditioners from garnier to tresumme that says it combats frizziness.

I dont mind having curly hair, as long as it looks healthy/good. Ive used straighteners when my hair was longer, but it just looked like I had an electric shock and also when it rains, it becomes all frizzy again.

Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can fix this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Aside from the shampoos & conditioners, do you put anything else in your hair?  Like gels, cremes?

I can honestly tell you from my professional opinion you need work to rebuild your dry damaged hair.  You also need to add moisture to your hair because damaged hair need moisture. Moisture will soften your hair instantly.

Why you don't go to a doctor? Try to take some medical advice, i'm not saying that you shouldn't consider our opinions but you need also some professional one.
