I was using Pantene's volume hairspray in the pump & it was working great--soft, easy to comb through & non-drying.   They changed the formula & now it's a horrible product.

I desparately need a new product that is equivalent to it.  I have shorter hair with a perm.   I wash my hair & put some product on the roots.  Then I cold blow dry for volume.  Then I use a different product & set my hair in curlers overnight.

I don't like mousse.   I just want something that doesn't curl up my hair, but gives it volume.

Please help!

I used Tresumme's 24 Hour Body volumizing spray and loved it. It added much needed texture. It's great on day 2 of not washing as well. Here's a link to a thorough review I wrote about it some months ago: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1774720/24_hour_body_tresemme_sculpting_spray.html?cat=69

Not sure if this product is comparable, but I swear by it! Aquage thickening spray. Put it in your hair when it's wet, then blow dry. Definite change in volume!
