products for latino hair..any tips

hey everyone,
I just had a couple of questions
im a swimmer and I have really curly hair, so my hair needs a lot of care, and I'm not sure what to do...
I've tried palm oil, avocado  etc but nothing
a couple of hairdressers told me to use different products
but these two i still havent tried

aaah this is complicated...
Im tired of seeing in movies beautifull latinas with beautifull long culy hair..
i have no idea how they do it...
its depressing!
