Do you want to make it temporarily curly - in other words until the next shampoo - or do you want a more permanent solution?

Is your hair already black?  What color is it currently?

Thanks for sharing this great tips top get curly hair. Many people with straight hair like to use curls and waves to change their look from time to time. However, if you have straight hair then you know how difficult it is to get those locks to curl.

I have straight hair and have always wanted the curly look but struggle to keep it.  I can use a curling iron, or hot rollers, and product but nothing stays for more than a couple hours and then it just falls completely flat. Wacko I have even resorted to using my straightener to make curls and spraying every piece.  It seems to work but it takes an hour.

There are many styling options available in the market that you can try out to make your hair curly. Use good quality moisturisers to remove the dullness of your hair. You can also opt for various trendy short hair styles which can make your hair look fuller and voluminous. Check out http://www.shorthairstylz.com/ for various options.

Hair nature cannot change permanently. The procedure ever you follow make them curly temporarily. But with regular treatments you can change them from straight to curly. I like straight hairs more than the curly ones.
One practice that you cant make with curly hair is to use extensions. I like to have them with special occasion.
I market you can get products that can help you but do consult with a specialist for making them curly with extended time span.

You can get a perm if your hair is straight, it won’t last forever but it is a lot less hassle than curling it manually with tools.

That being said you can use a curling iron or even a flat iron, make sure it is of good quality and get a hair spray that is alcohol free. If your curls get hard you can always scrunch them so that the hardness is gone but you still have hold. And make sure to use a heat protectant because holding a curling iron on your hair for a while can cause heat damage.

You could also use hot rollers, if you sit under a dryer (like a salon style hair dryer) with the rollers in, it will help set the curls even better. If you don’t want to do that you can use the blow dryer to set the curls when the rollers are in. If your hair is hard to curl leave the rollers in your hair for as long as possible and use some sort of holding product after you remove them.

I have seen videos of people curling their hair without heat by using foam rollers and sleeping with them in over night. You can try this method to see if it works for you if you do not want to use heat.

I find that it is harder for the curls to stay throughout the day and adopt a tighter curl if you curl your hair right after you wash it. It actually works better for me 2 or 3 days after washing...maybe you could try that.
