Hi,
I was thinking of getting tape in extensions but there are a couple if things I'm not sure about.

Do they cause loss of length to you're natural hair when taken out?
Do they cause much loss of thickness?
My hair is very thick, would this mean that the extensions wouldn't blend properly?
And lastly could I take them to my regular hairdresser to have them put in or would I have to go to a extension specialist?
Thank you so much,
Ellie Jones x

I Love seamless tape You can take them to your regular hair dresser but I would use an extension specialist. The reason being anyone can apply extensions but someone who specializes in them know the proper technique. Now how hard can it really be to put in extensions right.... Well the thousands of girls who have had them installed wrong and lost hair due to bad instillation can tell you. lol.
If you have thick hair they will still blend in and if installed correctly you will not loose your real hair. You will have natural shedding same as when you brush your hair and see strands in your brush. With tape you really need to keep up on the maintenance every 4-6 weeks getting a pull up or having them checked. After you have them installed your hair will feel even thicker fuller and longer. When you take them out it will naturally feel thinner and shorter but you just added then subtracted so that is normal. If you see gobs of your real hair falling out and bald spots something is wrong such as a bad install or not properly taking care of the hair.

Hello Ellie!

Tape in hair is actually pretty amazing. You will not experience any damage if removed properly. Our own line comes out very easily with the Liquid Gold Remover. So no loss of thickness when removed.

The Doctored Lock brand of tape hair is a high quality remi hair. You may need to add more than usual, or razor out the ends of your natural hair for blending purposes.

You will need an extension stylist for these preferably. They will be able to install them and blend them into your hair properly.

Well I personally believe just keep washing ur hair out with shampoo and shampoo ur hair3 time and after u finished dry ur hair with a towel a little bit and get a comb and comb out the area that's has glue in it and once u don't feel no more glue put condition in it and rinse it back out. Ur hair may feel a little bit sticky when u blow dry it but that normal. That how I do mines... if not u can go to the hair salon they'll help u get it out.

I hope this help.

Rachel !!!
