I've been visiting his website for many years now because he does some amazing short haircuts.  His new assistant, announced today on his site, is named Sharon and she looks like this:
 
 
To get to his updates, start here: http://www.billrose.com/ and simply click anywhere on the page; wait for the new page to load and then hover over the "Images" tab a let the drop down menu load and then select "The Latest in the Salon." Enjoy!
 
I'm hoping that with Sharon there we will start seeing some super short cuts starting soon.
