well whenever i do wet curls you simply just gel it/mouse whatever you use when its wet;) i`m not really sure if pomade`s would create that look or not though.

Try Sebastian Wet: Form-Fitting Gel or Mastey Shine Naturel: Wet & Shine. Both make hair very combable, sleek, and then remain looking wet even when totally dry

Try using pomade or some sort of sculpting cream on damp hair. add some water to your hair if you need to.
