I would love to get advise on which book or site is good to learn about essential oils, way to dilute them with carriers, and recipes.

thanks.

Hi

I have 2 faves:

"Aromatherapy A-Z" by Patricia Davis

"Vital Oils" Liz Earle (which is not aroma only)

Hope that helps.

Uzma, what's the difference in the aroma versus the other one?

The first book gives you an in-depth examination of the therapeautic benefits (and cautions) of each oil.

The second book is all about oils and their various uses - medicinal, aromatherapy, food - and also gives their benefit (and cautions). This covers base oils as well as the aromatherapy oils.

Both together covers all you will need to know for a fair amount of time.
