Leads the development of all training formats to ensure that the L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL image and philosophy are consistently communicated and that the objectives of the Education, Sales and Marketing departments are met through education. Duties and Responsibilities Develops formats and scripts for all forms of education for product knowledge or technique. Develops strategies for increasing sales through education. Strategically plans and coordinates ongoing L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL education training Supports the development of scripts for all educational video productions be it product knowledge or technique. Facilities the training of REM's on all new educational formats and techniques. Tracks productivity and effectiveness of training programs offered by the Education Department. Tracks Education Department's productivity and effectiveness in the field. Communicates with RBM's, REM's, Distributor Sales Managers and Directors of Education to monitor effectiveness of educational programs. Periodically attends field training events. Works collaboratively with L'Oreal Professionnel sales, marketing, education shows and field staff to accomplish objectives. Supports show initiatives and guest artist training as necessary.
