The tanning business I understand. However, I am purchasing an existing hair/tan salon. There are 6 stylist presently under a commission split. I am considering switching to a booth rental only salon. Do most stylist prefer this, or is a commission setup more the acceted norm??  ------------- when you look good, you feel good |
