Are there certain vitamins that are supposed to help fine hair? My hair is really thinning on top and I'm a young woman! I take a multivitamin but obviously it's not doing enough. Thanks. |

Do you mean thinning hair or fine hair? Fine = width of strands is small Thin = not many hairs per square inch Biotin and MSM are said to help with hair growth by prolonging the growth cycle and MSM helps synthesize proteins for stronger hair.
