Hi! I'm new

I read an article about how the geisha of Japan would take shark cartilage to promote hair growth and also to keep wrinkles at bay.  Shark cartilage today is sold in pill, capsule, or liquid form.  I believe GNC stores sell, it but I don't know how much for.  Besides goodies like proteins and b-vitamins, it also contains "muccopolysacharides" as well.  If you are unfamiliar with it, it is the ingredient that's found in the Surge 14 Revitilizer spray.  I've heard some VERY good things about Surge, so I figured that the shark cartilage was something to look into for sure.  I get paid friday, and I will be stocking up...

I'll keep you guys posted on my results

I bought the cartilage today from gnc and they are tablets that are pure shark cartilage powder.  I have exactly one month and one week until my next relaxer so that will be enough time to notice results since results are expected about 30 days or so after usage.

I can't wait! I'm hoping for at least an additional inch of new growth to have 2-2 1/2 inches altogether at the time of my touch-up after 4 months time.

Also, i've notice that people mention MSM, chondroitin, and such vitamins, and I notice that all these have to do with support of the joints, so should that be what we look to for hair supplements? hmmm...
