My hair is not hard but not that soft. My waves be spinning when my hair grows but when i get it cut they dissapear. But i get them back after about 2 weeks. When i brush my hair with a soft brush it feels like no new waves are appearing. Should i use a hard brush all the time ?

First ...how can you feel waves appearing? lol
But..
If you don't already have 360's you can do either or .. but I would recommend a soft brush just for upkeep [someone who already has 360's]. I mean.. It just depends on what works best for you. Peeps are trying to find the perfect brush /pomade/moisturizer.. but I just say experiment and whatever works best for YOU.

I don't think he's saying he cuts against the grain... I'd recommend trying to wear a darker look because you waves may have more visability darker.

Rence,

You need to keep your hair a certian lenth keep it about to a medium length and brush it. Dont get your haircut real short thats your problem right there. Just get it cut medium length that way you still maintain your waves and dont have to brush as much.

I USED TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. THE WAY I CLEARED IT UP WAS BY ASKIN THE BARBER NOT TO CUT MY HAIR SO LOW. ONCE HE STOPED DOING THAT I CONTINUED TO BRUSH MY HAIR UNTIL THE PATTERN WAS INTENSLY FIXED INTO MY HAIR. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE PATTERN IS NOT IN YOUR HEAD YET, YOU NEED TO GET DARKER HAIR CUTS, AND ONCE IT IS IN YOUR HAIR THEN YOU CAN GET LOW HAIR CUTS. I HAD TO LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE.
