You would need to have more length from on top to achieve those two styles you like, but you knew that already. I'm a big fan of the tapered nape, like this below.

| Just a suggestion, but since your hair is so short already, maybe you could grow it longer (just temporarily) so that you could cut it into the styles you like! |

Since you seem to like bobs, maybe you should just keep the nape trimmed for a while until the top layers grow out enough for one. ------------- More awesome than a manatee! |
