My list:

1.  Pappasitos - killer margaritas & fajitas
2.  Cozymel - great margarita selection & fab burritos
3.  Chueys - great food, great hangout & rare Jessica Simpson sightings
4.  Via Real - great atmosphere & food.  Ask to sit by the waterfall.
5.  Monica Aca & Alla - trendy with awesome food.
6.  Blue Mesa - love those blue margaritas & guacamole.
7.  Ojedas - best flour tortillas & fajitas
8.  Primos - great bar scene & hangout w/celebrity chef sightings.

Wow, now I'm hungry.

I adore Cozymel's big burrito.  My friends tease me about eating them.  :-)  Blue Mesa has the best fried sweet potato chips but they would wreck any lowfat or lowcal food program.  I never saw Jessica at Chuys but she actually did advertising for them many years ago and I have seen the chef from the mansion on turtle creek, Dean Ferring at Primos.

Great list.
