I thought I'd put a plug in for Enchantress. It is a GM salon in the Cleveland, Ohio area. The owners are Lance and Jody. They are both dedicated to and very talented in caring for long hair. The moment you step into the salon you know you're not in a typical salon. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everything is dedicated to the care for long hair, right down to the specially built sink.
Here is a picture of me getting a split-end trim...
 I'm about 1.5 hours away, so I only get to Lance and Jody about twice a year. But when I do, I get a split-end trim and a GM one hour conditioning treatment.
Here is a picture of me at the salon after one of their treatments.
 I highly recommend Lance and Jody. They are true long hair professionals.
