So I got a bad perm a couple years back from my hairdresser (Needless to say I won't be getting anymore from her) and I wanna know what to do to fix my hair from it

Thanks for your time!

You are still having problems after two years?  Usually perm damage is either cut off or the perm sort of "falls out" after a few months.  What sort of problems are you having?

Argan oil is amazing for damaged hair. Studies show that it regenerates hair cells and revives the hair shaft. Here is an article I wrote about plant based oils that benefit hair. http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/5899532/plant_based_oils_that_improve_hair.html?cat=69 Hope this helps. I fell victim to a perm myself, so I know how you feel!
