I'm down, too. My reason for joining this movement is the way i was treated in elementary school. I was the dude to make fun of. I was fat, had a nappy afro, wore big glasses, and was annoying. But the summer before middle school all that changed. Cut my hair and tried to wave for a minute (but now i'm back on the grind), lost alot of weight, and matured.
So, i was favored by girls and had lots of friends. And i want the same results to happen for high school, college, and any and everything else that follows. You can't get the best if you display the worst or the mediocre, I need to give my best. I know this movement can help me with my goal.
 
    P.S. and i'm tired of being broke, too.

That's a great way of seeing things. And to be real, I know how ya feel. You were the overweight and annoying kid that wore glasses and got made fun of and i was the same way except for the fact that i was under weight. lol But all of that changed when i bought Wavebuilder© products. All of a sudden women loved me and guys respected me. LMAO j/k
 
But seriously, I just got tired of it and slightly switched up my style (along with beating up one of my middle school bullies...I'm not encouraging you to fight, but that A-hole pushed me too far). But overtime, I became the chick magnet that i am today :-D  el oh el

I never really had problems in high school... i was jus that fresh n***a wit waves that no one really knew. People knew my name, and that i could get nasty on the tenor sax, but thas about it! i  neva really had a problem wit females netha... dated every girl who i was interested in(wasnt many) LOL
 
I have always wanted to get stronger tho. Gettin big is just a show. I wanna be the real deal and be able to back my isht wit muscle!! Im about 5'9 170lbs rite now puttin up like 190lbs tops on the bench. My goal is to be puttin up at least 250 in 6 months and close to 300 in a year.  Dont really care if i get big tho; strength is my goal.Angryarms
 
As for finance, Im on cadet pay right now, and since my parents aint payin for my college, they get me pretty much whateva i want (SORRY)Shocked

I didn't have problems in High school either. And i was the same way as you. Then i was in a relationship from 11th grade til the day b4 my freshman year in college. I guess that's why i'm so female hungry now (cuz i wasn't with any other chick).

I never had problems in high school I was a reall mello, shy, fresh dude with braids that everyone knew but didnt know. They knew once I played Varsity Basketball. My only problem with the females was I didn't communicate and I hated to listen to what they had to say....you know they love to talk. In high school I had all the freshest sh*t out but never had a job lol LOL.  
 
Im working on gaining muscle I'm already strong I just need the appearence of it. I'm 6'4 195 now and my goal is to get to 210 maybe 213 by January. As for the waves I'm still brushing I have 2flaws my crown and my leftside. I dont know how to explain it but you know how you feel your waves but its not quite to par with the other side? In other words my leftside doesn't feel like my right.
 
But count me in on this, and also for those that are in this for fitness the best motivation for that is to hate your body. The minute you look in the mirror and actually like what you see, your motivation falters.

Yea this was a great idea, the updates will be very beneficial. Only problem with my fitness program is that the food I eat is fatty. I know what I should be eating but I work about 135hours all together from all my jobs together. And I eat a lot of fastfood not recommended. I want to getta cut tomorrow but I have $50 bucks to last me till tuesday and 35 of that is gas and food.

it bout girls and my confidence...
right im a quiet guy and der are most chicks in ma skl im kool wiv but i dont really talk to thats bout it u know.
 
and im not the type to go to a girl unless i really know they like me nawmeen...
so im wonderin how u nuccas do it coz i know that girls are different in London coz the are STUSH ( basically think they are so perfect no1 can touch them unless u kno them good) and how i should approach them.
Or any nice girl in the street I NEED GAME.. sounds embarrasing but true
 
Another thing how should i start gaining weight without becoming lazy..
coz i play football (soccer) and im quite tall but short of balance coz im flat footed (fallen arches in my foot, and pigeon toed) and being stronger andheavier could balance that out instead of being tall and skinny.nawmeen

On the girl tip you need to talk to girls period. They don't have to be into you but in order for girls to like you you either need some form of social proof or straight game. I don't know if it airs in England but theres this show th Pick Up Artist. Dude dresses like an idiot but he knows women.

I talk to a lot of women even if they're not fine cuz most likely they have a friend that's good looking. So when you see em with their friend you can talk to the girl you know then get introduced to they fine friend.

Money Management
Gather Information
So, you're fresh out of High School, no debts, and you want to develop some cash base to launch off whatever you want to do? Wicked.

The first thing you must have to get cash, is to earn it. Whether its doing odd jobs, going to work 8-4, or promoting your own thing, you have to be bringing in cash. Any means you make money, you pile it in under INCOME.

Next, you have to analyze your CORE EXPENSES. A core expense, is anything YOU MUST PAY, as compared to an expense. Bills, credit, vehicles, rent all fall into this category (notice I did not say food).

LOOSE EXPENSES are all other expenses that are variable by you, or otherwise variable beyond control.

So, open up your spreadsheet, and generate something like this.

1. Light Grey-Coloured are the numbers used in calculation.
2. Dark Grey is a calculation.
3. Expenses are (-). (especially if you are the type to use formulas)

So, looking at this chart, you can see I almost double over my expenses, both core and loose.

Credit cards are min payment.

Now, we take a look at these expenses. If you want to cut out money, what can you do without? My phone generates me money, I'll keep that. That daily coffee...I should consider taking that out. Social, we all have a cost I guess.

So, once you've generated that chart, if you want to widen that gap, widen it, make more money, or tighten up whatever expenses you can do.
Focusing that EXTRA Money to Benefit You
To Recap, I have about $2000 every month in excess money.

How can I best use this money to make myself better off? (remember, $24000/yr)

Credit:
Well, I have outstanding in credit...about..$8000.
Lets add this out, assuming I was stable the whole year, with $0 to start out.
+8000 (4 months to get 8k)
- 8000 (to the credit card)
[Result? An additional $415/month]

So NOW, for each month thereafter, I generate $2415 in spare money.

+19320 (8 more months)

So basically, by getting rid of 8k of credit, I generate an extra $415 a month for myself. I save myself...$3320 that would of went to credit (what I'd pay over 8 months to them). Essentially, I only paid out $4680 to my credit card when it's all said and done.

That's one very good example of how you can cut your expenses down.

Smart Purchasing:
Because I deliver food, I was driving a 89 Beretta GT. Insurance...$80 a month (dad's policy). Gas per night, anywhere from $30 to $40.

So, when I saw the 91 S10 Pickup for $2500, 5 speed standard, owned by a mechanic, lady driven, oil changes every 5000km, etc etc, I jumped on it. I used my credit and cash on hand to buy it. I was cash strapped for a few weeks...

Why did I do that? Because I saw the VALUE in owning that truck in comparison to the car, and I always wanted to move to a truck.

So, $80 that went to the car, fire that into the truck insurance, and now I'm only paying about $110 extra?

Alright. But the gas savings. I now spend maybe $15-25 a night. That's $15-25 a day savings in gas by driving the truck. 30 days in a month, that's anywhere from $300-$750 savings. There, taking the lowest number (least risk of error) I'm $190 up already, every month.

And the ability for the truck to carry loads? $20 minimum for loads in this city? All the better.

So, the truck will pay for itself in...probably a year and a half.

Another couple examples of buying smart (or not buying at all). I don't own a TV. Nor do I pay for tv channels. I run off a laptop that's over 5 years old. My beer supply cost is larger then my groceries (and I take forever to go though 24 beers). All of my random doo-hickies (ice pack, string, cards, cable adpaters, headphones, whiteout, batteries, etc). It's all in a box. My desk, free. Beer cups hold my change. Clothes? Lying in or around a $10 wooden shelf on the floor. Shoes? Year and a half. Jeans, I was running off 2 year old jeans for the longest time, until I saw a deal for 2 new jeans, marked down from $40 each to $10 (actually, $9). My bed? A futon mattress.

Live simple, spend simple.

supa to be honest I never rwanted a big chest. You can do flies, cable crossover, arnolds (which is an incline bench that works one arm at a time. When one goes down the other goes up, then they both go up together. You can do dips. Its alot to work. Also the pec deck is great also

@ Cash. I've been dedicated to this workout program I've set for myself for about a month. There's really no timeframe to it its all on you. The more dedicated the better. Since your eating the right things and working out 3x a week you should see vast improvements in no time. Just make sure you work out for a good time period as well not for an hour try 90min to 2hours.

For those of yall having problems with females as it relates to approaching them I can't help yall with that. I don't approach females at all for whatever reason. What I found that works for me is the laid back approach. I'm naturally laid back anyways so this works in my favor Wink.
 
Id say about 89% of girls love attention thats why they go out of their way wearing a lot of the clothes that they wear and acting the way they do. I dont give them that attention thusly they come to me & interact. <<< If you get to this stage all you have to do is be yourself and respond with confidence.

HAHA...I ain't tryin to call you out cash....but to keep it real..if 4 hours of that was forplay then cool....but if you're good at what you do...it should never last that long....for one if she climaxes as she should multiple times eventually she should become dry...and disinterested due to being fulfilled...and 5 hours of friction would cause her to be sore and you as well the next day...I think when you fully master women and what they want and need to be satisfied you only need an hour of actual work....by then she should have climaxed 7-10 times and be fast asleep....5 hours is impressive when there is nothing else really to it...she can say it was good because it went for 5 hours....you'd rather her say it was good because she got hers 5+ times and had to tap out...I've had plenty girls who thought they had experienced real work until I had to show them what real work is...try to make sure she's tappin' out in under an hour trust me.....

Of course it wasn't 5 hours straight! My d*ck would have fallen off after all of that. LOL She was giving me head in between some rounds and of course foreplay was involved (But  now that i think about it, it was 4 hours because we started around 1:30 and ended around 5:30...math and liquor do go well with me).

Aye Cash when I was in Boot Camp I started out at 165lbs. I kept eatin mad peanut butter and jelly sandwiches which were the only things that were edible and I bulked up to 180lbs. by the time boot camp was over with. So I gained 15lbs. of muscle in 8 weeks. No female can handle more than 45 minutes to an hour with me they walk funny for awhile because I gets busy lol, nah but 5 hours thats mad long as much stamina as I have I ain't doin no 5 hours I'm a sweater so I would pass out from exhaustion and dehydration. I just give them my best within an hour and that should be more than enough.

With my luck I'll f**k with a white chick then I'll hear whoop whoop *police sirens* and I'll be damned if that happens. I mess with mainly black/spanish girls basically anything but white/asian.
 
The peanut butter is good for lunch like between the hours of 12-4for me. I eat lots of it I went through my second jar actually right now LOL.

I see yall like nut with jelly on it. I don't each much of that. Infact I eat whatever the f**k I want. :) I got some weight gain on top of the fridge some whey protein. My bro used to make milkshakes with it..I asked him if I could and he was like....mix it with water. I was like forget you n****

Wake up in the morning do 20 pushup...thatll help you...It'll be a slow build but yea...I 20 before I get into the shower...At one point when I was in San Marcos I was workin out everyday..now I'm not.

The thing that he said is that my piss may come out green after using the vitamins but that's normal. What are your thoughts on Vitamins and experiences with these products?

i HAVE THE SAME MULTI-VITAMIN some days move so fast for me that I can only catch breakfast and thats it so I take my multi-vitamin noon I guess it does what it's supposed to because I'm still in good health after over a year later.

Multi-vitamins are a must have....I would not suggest shopping at gnc because their products are overpriced and you can find products that work just as well if not better than those gnc products for way less....Cash how much you pay for your protein???   I would also suggest that you take a protein shke first thing in the morning upon waking...this is to get your body out of its catabolic state(tissue breakdown)....an hour later eat breakfast(eggs and oatmeal)....after you work out drink another shake as soon as possible no later than hour though.....eat again an hour later...before you go to sleep at night drink another shake to hold off catabolism(tissue breakdown).....and to give your body the aminos it needs to grow while you're sleep...your body doesn't grow in the gym...it grows while you sleep...the trick isn't just what you eat....but when....drinking three shakes at the times I suggested will help you acheive your goals more quickly....also eat three whole meals....breakfast, lunch, dinner....and a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich is good for a snack in between....also ivest in some creatine....if you can find a product with CEE(creatine ethyl ester) that will give you faster results.....

i don't know where you came from .360 cal, but i hope that u stay! Everything you write is broken down. But I got the protein for $26 (its the 1 lb container) after the guy gave me the gold member discount (it was $33). But yea, i was lookin at everything else in there and the prices were high! But THANK YOU for the advise on how to take the protein. But people in the gym told me that creatine isn't good but the guy in GNC said otherwise like you. Why do some people see it as "not good?"
 
PS: The protein shake tastes HORRIBLE!!!! el oh el

They all taste like crap a few years ago I bought that Nitro-Tech and it tasted aaiiiiiiggghhttt it wasn't good tasting but it tasted better than most protein shakes.

Quick question...do you guys make a shake with the Whey protein powder (cuz i noticed u guys referring to em as shakes)? The instructions on the back just says to add a scoop to 5 oz. of cold water. Again, this is the one that i have:
