I'm looking for an extensionist in or around Peoria Arizona that does the sew in wefts and has a great deal of experience. I've been in great lengths for a couple years now and my hair has not grown at all and has been breaking off.  I've had sew in's in the past and that is the only time my hair has actually grown.
