So Ive been trying to get waves for a while and Ive been successful with the top of my head and the back of my head.....But my sides just dont want to cooperate. Every time i brush my sides from my crown to my cheek i never see any change in my hair even if im woofing it this is what i do and use on my hair.

products:

hard brush

carrot cream

wave cap

do-rag

process i use:

brush the top of my hair 50 times

brush the back 50

brush the sides of my head 100 times

What do you all think?

Another problem i keep running into is that every time i wet my hair it seems like the waves i do have start to disapear and when i brush it they dont come back! i was thinking about getting a shape up and kind of starting over again since it dosent take long for me to wolf my hair it only takes 2 weeks

Keep brushing.  Also, your hair may be too short to see waves in your problem areas.

yea i was thinking that my barber loveed my hair up on the sides i think im just gona restart if i do restart do you think i should get a annie soft brush? because i have the hard an medium ones

It won't hurt to get a soft brush.  I prefer Diane brand.
