I've been biting my nails for about seven/eight years, maybe even more than that!
I am determined to stop but the nasty tasting polish doesn't seem to help.
I'm gonna try it again but any other tips or ideas on how I can stop.

You can also use hard candy and gum to break the habit. If you find that your fingers to your mouth, to replace those hands can help keep them out of their mouths. You want to make sure that you are the applicant sugar free versions, so you do not get too much processed sugar in your diet, but be careful that this does not become a new habit.

Thats what I did! Every time i found myself biting my nails i chewed gum and it worked!
