DecorMyEyes.com is/was owned by Vitaly Borker also known as Tony Russo and Stanley Bold.  According to the media he was allegedly charged with selling fake designer sunglasses online.  He was also allegedly charged with stealing customers' credit card information, and then stalking them and making threatening comments.  According to the media the comments included scary comments like "I AM WATCHING YOU".  Also according to the media he's pleading guilty to all charges and faces fines of at least $250,000 as well as up to 50 years in jail. He'll receive his sentence on September 16, 2011.
The media warns that Borker's website is still up and running. Even though the homepage is clearly out of date (it advertises Black Friday specials and a "risk free returns policy through January 15, 2010"), it's possible to still enter credit card information on a "secure credit card order form" and you can complete your order. People need to  know better than to shop at the site.
