I'm a 22 male and I like to experiment with my hair sometimes. In the past, I have tried several times to dye my hair black, brown, blond, etc. My natural color is something like light brown with gold and red-ish highlights.

 

That being said, everytime, it's a bit of a nightmare. I have irish genes and my hair has red in it, even if it's not that apparent. So even when I dye it black, it gest a kind of red shine to them, when I dye it brown, it gets auburn-red-ish and when I trie to dye it blond, it turns orange-ish, which is not good.

 

I tried bleaching, but it didn't help much, I just got a lighter shade of orange, lol.

 

My hair is all natural now, but I'm still haunted by the ghost of desire for blond hair. Like nice medium blond hair, not platinum, lol. So:

 

1) Is that even possible for me?

2) Should I bleach my hair several times? :S

3) Should I go to a hair saloon and cry for help there? ;)
