Hi! I am new to the forum, but NOT new to hair extensions. I've worn them for years and had Great Lengths and fusion for about 5 years. I am coming off a 2.5 year 'break' from extensions, hoping my hair would grow out naturally. *sigh* I'm about to embark on DIY micro ring extensions.

My question is, (and I am sorry if this has already been asked a zillion times, I couldnt find much on my search)

What is the best, reasonably priced, shampoo and conditioner for the micro ring/loc extensions?

I did look in the Extension 101 and the after-care links are dead

Any other tips regarding DIY micro ring extensions are welcomed and appreciated :D

Thanks ladies!
Kara

i really like biolage- either their color care shampoo and cond- or their smoothing smapoo and cond.

or kms- the one for curly hair or the blonde one.

Thanks for your reply! I did a little more research yesterday and saw Biolage and Pureology mentioned a few different times. I know in the past, I've made mistakes on my DIY extensions using the wrong shampoos/conditioners and/or washing it wrong and they all fell out. I'd rather avoid that this time around. lol
