I`d be interested to know if anyone has any suggestions on this as well.

For dry hair, I really like VO5 hot protein paks.

I surf twice a week. I have long hair and it`s getting damaged from the salt water. It`s becoming dry and coarse. Any surfers out there have any suggestions?
