hi all, my name is sarah and i want my hair cut short. but i'm not sure if it would 100% suit me and what cut it should exactly be.

You have a very nice face and I think it would be great to accentuate this with a shorter cut.
I think a lot depends on how daring you are and how short you would like to go.

cyhairctr: I think i look too old with that cuts, i want something i can wear at my age(17).

I like the marie fanny and amandine pics very much, but they are very short, i dont know if i could wear them.

I keep using Ashley Scott as an example...For a 17 year old going really shorthere is one I like. It is messy enough to be fun and young, pin to the side, slick back, whatever. Very versatile:

Dave, you can believe whatever you like, but I have never posted as "the Truth" or as "Conan" or whatever.
Someone is using the name "Tall girl" and pretending it is me. Obviously I would not write something and then a little while later post that I didn't write that. Why would I do that?

Twiggy hair? Blee. . . the Twiggy site I tried to link seems to have vanished. Just Google her and you should get lots of results. Look for her old '60s modelling pics :-) .

Hi Sarah!

This thread seems a bit mixed up ... but back to your question.

Short hair would look good on you, but the "Amandine" and "Marie Fanny" seem a bit to short at the front to suit you. A longer fringe, swept sideways would complement your feature a lot more. Plus the fact that the volume at the back of the head is already out (was it ever in I wonder?). If if it is the short hair in the back you like, it can be combined with some more length on top too. Maybe opt for a style that has your hair in front of the ears styled towards the face. Together with the fringe, it would complement your face.

Lots of fun with the new style (or the old one should you decide to keep it)!
