i have hair that is about 15cm long and i would really appreciate if anyone knows how to keep it standing up i know it can be done i have seen it i just dont know how thanks.

First of all, lay off the metric system. Yeah, it`s probobly superior, but for some reason in America some idiot insists we need our own system, so I gotta stick by it. Anyway, I think that`s about 5-6", so I`d say use some kinda hair-wax (any of those girly salon places and most regular drug stores carry it nowadays) or slightly diluted elmers glue (yeah, the white stuff you used in elementary school). Sounds gross, but it`s what all us punks use for huge mohawks and the like.
