I really need a new hair style!!! My hair is shoulder length and I am really trying to impress this guy at school, but i can`t to anything interesting with my hair. Buit i don`t want to cut it!!

you can go to a salon and get something new for your hair, but not have to take a whole bunch of length off your hair, if that`s what you`re worried about. I was the same way, but the hairstylist took next to nothing off my hair, she just took a razor and gave it a little more shape. Even something so simple as that can make a big difference. If you`re not into going to a salon, try something a little easier like just putting mousse in your hair to give it curls, or some subtle do-it-yourself highlights. Or something else i do, i take all my hair clips and sit in front of my mirror and just try lots of different ways to put it up!

Unless your hair is totally a mess, and I`m sure it isn`t, the best way to impress him is by being
yoursel (you`d want him to like you for YOU, not your highlights). Straight shoulder-length hair can be done in various styles. You might cute things like pigtails or butterflies. That last bit of Cady`s
advice is good - experiment with clips. Does your hair look good off your face or closer to it?

If your hair is straight it can be fun to put big curls in it. I can`t tell what guys like in hair because they seem to like different things. If you really want to impress a guy you should learn all the names of the players of his favorite team. Just kidding! Bronnie

Thanks Bronnie... I do really like curls, even though i only have 30 minutes to get ready in the mornings, but i`ll still try it!!
