Hi! I think you should definitely cut it. maybe you should cut it the same length rather than layers. you should be able to find wacky colors at any drugstore or possibly a salon. I don`t see why you would want to permanently color your hair though. I`m sure that it is pretty the way it is right now. Don`t do anything you`ll regret. Tell me what you decide.

i want to have my hair cut but am not sure how to.
i had it layered last time but want some thing different this time.i am growing it out.
also,where can i get permenant wacky hair dies like pink,blue?!
