extensions??

Do you guys think extensions are extremely retarded? I`ve been thinking about getting them, but I`m not sure if I should. I go to a small school where everyone has known me my entire life, and it`ll be *really* obvious if I get them. So...do you think extensions would be a good idea or a bad idea? Blah. :p I`m so sick of my hair the way it is, and I don`t wanna cut it off again.
