hair advice

Hello

I too need want some help wiv my hair. im 16, male and live in the UK...I have medium / dark brown hair which is about 2 inches on top, i on back / sides.
and my regular cut is down to an inch on top with a #4 round the back and sides.
Im looking want to get something that is shorter, ANYTHING under an inch
Im tall and find that having my fringe long + spiky enhances my height and makes me seem thinner which i DONT like.

Any ideas that need little work in the mornings i would really appreciate. I want something that will look `natural` + modern at the same time

I have thought about a cut like this:

If you/a friend/brother/even a celeb, have a cut that seems like what i (and probably many other readers) are looking for, could you tell me (even if you have to ask them!! :-)

i) What is the name of the cut + what i would ask the barber
ii) Send a photo / or a link on the web, of the hair cut
iii) How to achive the style in the morning - which products to use etc.
