this is probably not at all where you live, but if you do, in new york city there is this salon that gives student prices of $18.50 for shampoo and a cut, and its pretty good. Even if this is not where you live, it might be a chain, or you might have something like it where y ou are. Its called JEAN-LOUIS DAVID
