I want a new hair cut since my hair is so boring, its straight and frizzed at the ends. I know what cut I want but dont know what its called so i can find a pic and show my mom. Its 2 long layers, the layer on top curls under and the one underneath curls out. it looks like a 9..lol if anyone knows please tell me or if you happen to have a pic of it, send it to me.
