Hi, I heard you have been taking them, and you live in the UK, please, if it`s not too much trouble can I ask where did you buy them ? Also have you heard of a vitamin shop called GNC ?
I have a jumbo jar from Holland and Barrett (containing 500 tablets) and a smaller pot from Savers which cost 79p for 90. It says on the back, "Kelp is a rich source of the trace mineral iodine which is necessary for normal growth and development. Iodine is required for the healthy functioning of the thyroid gland. as a vital component of two thyroid hormones, iodine plays an important role in the body`s metabolism, the rate at which the body burns food for energy, and in the maintenance of connective tissue."
