A body wave is similar to a perm except for the fact the rods they use are a lot larger then what they use for a perm. Of course this depends on hair length, the longer the hair, the larger the rods they can use.

I have very straight hair. i`m going to put a body or a wave in it. wwhat does a body wave or wave look like. hope you can help me.
