hi my hair is dark brown with darkish red highlights and it goes to about my collarbone. It`s soooooooo curly and thick. I`m getting it cut and straightened tomorrow, whats in style right now?

If you`ve seen the show Birds of Prey, on the Wb? The girl who plays the Huntress has a very " in " style. It`s tosled bangs and hair cut just to the shoulders, with some layering, that hangs in a nice flip. It is very sexy and very low maintenence. I wish I knew where there was a good picture of the style. I think it will be the hot style this year. Girls at the high school I work at have tried it, and it definitelt turns heads AND shows some long locked girls in a whole new light. Good luck.

Thanks for the idea! I couldn`t find a picture of the cut in time for my appointment, but it sounded cool. I got about 1 or 1 1/2 inches cut off, and had it layered and angle. The lady straightened it but left a lot of volume- it looks very clean cut but also kind of rocker-ish at the same time because she angled and layered it. Its great and my hair is really healthy!
