My hair is gettin shaggy and I want it to look like this. But I just dont know what to do. Do I put anything in it like gel/mousse, or what? My hair is a bit shorter than the pic

Hey, thats a great style, basicly keep growin out ur hair till it gets that length, u will need to get the bangs cut and everything, after that a lil gel or wax is great for makin the ends flip out like that!!!
