What do you mean by highlighting stuff? Do you already have highlights and want a shampoo that will enhance them? Or are you considering getting highlights? There are a few shampoo-in or spray-on products that claim to bring out "highlights" in your hair, but they usually just contain peroxide. Most people end up with orange hair after using them.
If you actually want highlights, your best bet is to go to a pro. If you want to do highlights at home, Excellence Creme Lights is a really gentle, easy-to-use product. John Frieda Sheer Blonde is a great shampoo to use AFTER highlighting. It doesn't lighten or add any colour to your hair, it just moisturizes well and can keep your highlights from looking brassy. Silver Brights is also a good shampoo for highlights. It is purple -- the purple colour tones down harsh yellow and orange tones in your highlights.
