Hi Again!I was just wondering how many times you should shampoo your hair. I have always heard two and have always followed that rule however, I am now starting to wonder. I wash every second day as my hair is on the dry side. Any comments?Robin-AnnP.S. If any one is interested, I can let you know which proctor & Gamble divisions are not testing on aminals. There is progress!

Robin, I was always told just to shampoo your hair once - unless it is really dirty. This would be better for your hair and environment (water).Just my 2 centsKay> Hi Again!> I was just wondering how many times you should> shampoo your hair. Robin, I would have to agree with Kay, though it often says on the bottle, lather, rinse and lather again, I never, ever do that, and if your hair is a bit on the dry side it is really unneccesary. Especially if you wash your hair every other day you should be getting it plenty clean with just one lather.Best wishes to all!Dawn

There is progress!> My question to you is why are you shampooing your hair every two days if your hair is dry? I would say that it would be better to shampoo about twice a week in the summer and once in the winter. My hair ranges from normal to dry and would never wash my hair that often. Stop stripping the natural oils from your hair. Unless you are doing some massive physical workouts where you are sweating a lot, shampoo less and I bet you could use two shampoos and feel less dry.
