Hi Lizzy:I suggest you consider a slightly below the ear length bob as a starting point. You can vary this cut to match what you want from a style viewpoint. You can have a wedge, a full back, a clipped back, or a layered look all the way around while still keeping the length over your ears. Another style would be short or clipped in the back and longer in front to cover your ears.
