Would it be possible to adjust the galleries? When I run a search, say for short hair, I often get mislabeled styles. For example, the last time I searched short hair I got about 17 returns of the same long pigtail style.

Also, is there any way to put all the different views of a hairstyle under one link? Sometimes it is more trouble than it is worth to wade through the 27 views of a style I`m not even interested in.

Thank you for your feedback.

Unfortunately while we know that we could do some things to improve our galleries, when we sat down (during our planning sessions for 2003) and looked at how much time that it would take (and cost) we decided that we had to put it on the backburner for a little while.

We actually have over 2,000 new images that need to be added in the galleries but already the monthly ISP charges for the gallery pages (which number in the thousands) make it prohibitive to add a lot of new images all at once. So hopefully we will be replacing old images with new ones as time and money permits.

Gallery enhancements are on the list for 2003 but I can`t promise when we can get to them. Because of all the hacking, worms, virus attacks, the majority of our time and money recently has been spent working on making sure the site is as secure as possible to minimize potential downtime. In the latest worm attack, HB.com was not impacted at all although our ISPs both got hit badly. However, we have been directly targeted on a weekly basis from worms, viruses and hackers which makes running the site an ongoing security priority.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but we do the very best we can. Many people actually complain when we don`t have multiple views, so that is something I really can change very much.

However, I will take all your thoughts into consideration as we move forward.
