Suggestion: Swap board

I was thinking (I try to do that at least once a year) that perhaps we could try a "swap board" here at HB. Makeup Alley is such an example. So many people here buy hair products and end up hating them, so maybe there would be a way to list what we've got available and then trade away. Makeup Alley has it set up so the site claims no liability for its member transactions. I don't know if this is feasible or if anyone would be interested, but I thought I'd bring it up. What do you guys think?
