beehives

when i was in high school,my mom took me to her salon.she had my hair stacked into a tall beehive type hairdo.i liked the style,and my boyfriend liked the style,but in 1978 it was a little out of place.i never wore it up again,although recently,with all the ladies having it done up for weddings and formal dances i am thinking about going back to a 60's type style.any gals out there have any simular stories?or opinions of what to do with my hair? molly
