Help, I need info. Just got a bottle of REDKEN SHADES EQ01B Onyx. Came without instructions. How do I mix it/use it? What are the steps?Thank you.Diana

Hi,There should be an 800 number on the box. Call the number and ask them to send you/fax you/email you the instructions.This happens sometimes and it is a real bummer.Best wishes,Karen> Help, I need info.
